Rental Policies

½ Day Rate - 4 hours 

Example: Rental starts at 7:00am and ends at 11:00am

Full Day Rate - 24 hours

Example: Rental starts at 7:00am and ends the following day at 7:00am

Week Rate - 7 Days

Example: Rental starts on Monday at 7:00am and end the following Monday at 7:00am

Month Rate - Complete Calendar Month 

Example: Rental starts at 7:00am on August 19th and ends at 7:00am September 19th

Weekend Rate - One Full Day Rental (8 hours maximum on equipment with hour meter)

Example: Rental starts at 7:00am on Saturday and ends at 7:00am on Monday morning

Afternoon Pickup / Morning Return - Rentals picked up after 4:30pm or returned at 7:00am are not charged for the pick up day or return day

Example: Rental starts at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and returned at 7:00am on Thursday will be considered a Full Day or 24hr rental

Metered Equipment: Items equipped with an hour meter are subject to the following usage amounts:

Full Day - 8 hours maximum

Week - 40 hours maximum

Month - 160 hours maximum

Shop Repair Rate: $125.00 per hour

Repair rate for items damaged during rental period

Cleaning Rate: $65.00 per hour

Cleaning rate to return machines to a rentable condition beyond an expected and reasonable cleaning (1 hour)
